The Crash Tackle Print and Play is a downloadable collection of printable PDF’s that allow board game enthusiasts the option to produce the game themselves, instead of purchasing a professionally printed copy.
This allows you to try out the game at a fraction of the cost before buying the printed version!

Your local print shop will be able to help you with most aspects of printing and cutting the game pieces and elements from the PDF’s supplied.
To help we have gone through the process of producing the game from the files and included some tips and options that we have tried below.
The Field
The Crash Tackle playing field is supplied in PDF format and is 692mm x 918mm in size when printed. It’s important to print it to the right size so that the players and other pieces fit on the board.
Your local print shop should be able to assist with the printing and trimming of the field. Some print shops offer a variety of materials they can print on including fabrics so ask them for some samples.
We got ours printed on 190gsm Satin Gloss paper. You could also get it laminated for extra protection.

The Player Markers
There are 2 aspects to making the Player’s Markers.
1) Player Decals
2) Player Discs
The Player Decals
We got our local print shop to print the players on an adhesive vinyl which they then cut to circles 23mm in diameter using the Cutting Die on the second page of PDF.
This allowed them to peel and stick perfectly on the perspex disc with a very thin clear edge 1mm all round - they look great!
Another option could be to order pre-cut sticker paper.

The Player Discs
The player decals ideally need to be stuck onto round discs to make them easy to move and handle during the game. The discs need to be 25mm in diameter and about 2 or 3mm thick so you can flip them over easily.
Here are a few options...
A) Laser Cut Discs
We had 30 clear 25mm perspex discs cut at our local laser cutting company.

THE GAME MARKER DECALS
We got our local print shop to print the Game Markers on an adhesive vinyl which they then cut to circles 14mm in diameter using the Cutting Die on the second page of PDF. This allowed them to fit perfectly on the perspex disc with a very thin clear edge of 0.5mm all round.
Another option is to order self-adhesive 12.7mm stickers online...

The GAME MARKER DISCS
The player decals ideally need to be stuck onto round discs to make them easy to move and handle during the game. The discs need to be 15mm in diameter and about 2 or 3mm thick so you can flip them over easily.

The Pressure Play cards are supplied in PDF format. Your local print shop will be able to assist with the printing and trimming of these. We suggest asking your print shop to print the Pressure Play Cards on thick gloss stock. Something around 180gsm should be perfect.
The Training Guide is supplied in PDF. Your local print shop can print this into a booklet for you or you could just keep it as a digital version, which is probably easier and saves trees!
You need 2 dice to play Crash Tackle, your local board game shop can help here. But you probably have a few floating around somewhere...
